- March 13, 2010 – Dinner - Hypnotist show at the American Legion.
- March 21st 22nd, 2010 – 2 Day Casino bus trip. Contact Dennis McIntire to sign up.
Unfinished Business:
- Lupe and the committee is working on the application for our Liquor License. Chad Partaka is helping with this. Someone to call to find out if he is charging for this.
- Dyck Security gave a presentation and answered questions on what is available. Tabled until we get further information. Another company will be here at next meeting for a presentation.
- Jim Woodard is taking care of what will be placed on the city’s Welcome to Croswell sign for us.
- Rob Ballor made a motion to donate the club for women to sell items to raise money for the Sr. all night party. Mike Vermeersch then 2nd the motion, motion then carried. TBD if this will be at the club.
- Revised from the trustee’s that we will not allow anyone bar tend for tips at this time. Volunteer only
New Business:
- Jim Woodard made a motion to eliminate the Auxiliary’s rent once we get our Liquor license. Scott Geiser then 2nd the motion, motion then carried.
- Mike Vermeersch made a motion to purchase the regalia’s for our JOE’s from the state Aerie for $100.00. Scott Geiser then 2nd the motion, motion then carried.
